No-bake dark chocolate cheesecake

This weekend I decided that it was time for me to make another cheesecake. I mean its been a while and I know how much my hubby likes them. Last time I made a milk chocolate cheesecake as hubby like milk chocolate not dark chocolate.
Anyway this time around I thought I would give it a try and see if he likes it.
Figures that he loved it!
The recipe is more or less as the one I previously posted on the blog although I used sour cream instead of whipping cream.

Ingredients:

150g digestive biscuits
45g I salted butter
100 g caster sugar
3 big tablespoons of sour cream
150g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
2 tablespoons cocoa powder mixed with a little hot water
1 tub cream cheese

Crush the digestives biscuits and mix with the melted butter and 1 tablespoon of the caster sugar. Press into a 18cm cake tin and put in the fridge.
In the meantime melt the chocolate and let it too cool.
Beat the cream cheese and the remaining sugar together. When all mixed fold in the sour cream, melted chocolate and the cocoa mixture and mix thoroughly.
Take the cake tin out of the fridge and spread on top of crushed biscuits.
Freeze for one hour and the refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Enjoy!!!
